CALDERA CONSTRUCTION’s FIRST IN HOUSE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Spring 2026 - Ongoing
Construction of a new two story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with open concept living area-kitchen-dining room, attached garage, laundry and dedicated utility room. Highlights of this project include multiple exterior covered decks allowing for outside enjoyment of all the views, large walk-in closets, multiple roof lines creating aesthetic curb appeal while avoiding valleys to minimize negative impacts from harsh winter weather. Upper level master suite with vaulted beetle kill pine ceilings, walk in closet, and full bath. Lower level designed with senior living and accessibility in mind; oversized doors and passages, oversized bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.
This home’s location places it right next to Silverton’s largest park, river, and just up the main drag from all Silverton has to offer. A true mountain gem!
Green Residence
Spring - Fall 2025
Addition of a new two story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom addition to a classic Silverton shotgun home. Highlights of this project include upgrade of the existing electrical, upgrade of the existing heating to a high efficiency system, classic exterior styling consistent with Silverton’s unique style and history. Master bedroom with vaulted beetle kill pine ceilings, walk in closet, study loft, and 3/4 bath with custom vanities and tile. New lower guest bed/living area with high efficiency wood burning stove, open stairs, full bath with custom vanity and tile and tile, and glass French door exiting to back yard.
Dawson Residence
Fall 2023 - Winter 2024
New construction of a two story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Silverton, CO. Special features of this build include a large two-car garage, lock off accessory dwelling unit, office space, open format living area with high vaulted ceilings, large second level deck with mountain views, oversize windows to bring the beautiful scenery indoors.
